I’m your new coach Trey House! I have 8+ years of experience in fitness training with an added specialty in Olympic weightlifting.

My coaching approach is simple: Build real strength. Improve movement quality. Develop skill.

I help those with the desire to improve to feel confident in the gym, move with purpose, and reach fitness goals they may have struggled to hit on their own.

  • No you do not! I coach complete beginners all the way to intermediate lifters. Every program is tailored to your level, goals, and comfort with the barbell. You do not need to be “in shape” before starting.

  • Personal Training focuses on general strength, muscle building, conditioning, movement quality, and overall fitness.
    Olympic Weightlifting Coaching is technique-based and focuses on improving the snatch and clean & jerk.

    You can also combine both through optional add-ons if you want strength & conditioning + olympic lifting technique.

  • Yes! Both Personal Training and Olympic Lifting Coaching are available online.
    Online clients receive custom programming, video form breakdowns, mobility support, and weekly check-ins — ideal for anyone outside driving distance or who prefers training independently.

  • Training will take place at CrossFit Northlake West in Charlotte, NC! Additional details will be provided on our initial call.

  • This will primarily depend on your schedule and goals - most clients train 2-4 days per week. We will choose a frequency that fits your life so you can stay consistent and see progress!
